Introduction

ELITE ('the Agency', 'we', 'us', 'our') provides introduction and concierge services. Our services are intended for adults (18 years or older) and are provided under the strict understanding that all activities between our clients and companions are legal, consensual, and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Services

The Agency acts solely as an introductory agent. We introduce independent companions to clients. The fees charged by the Agency are for the time and companionship of the model only. Anything else that may or may not occur is a matter of personal choice and agreement between consenting adults and is not a service for which we charge.

Client Obligations

  • Clients must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Clients must provide accurate and truthful information during the booking and verification process.
  • Clients must treat companions with respect, courtesy, and dignity at all times. Any form of abuse, harassment, or illegal activity will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the booking and a permanent ban from our services.
  • All fees must be paid in full as per the agreed terms prior to the commencement of the booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy will be provided at the time of booking. Generally, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within a certain timeframe may incur a cancellation fee. The Agency reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time without providing a reason, in which case a full refund of any fees paid to the Agency will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

The Agency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our services. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of this site's content or the content of any sites linked to this site.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ELITE and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any material on this site is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
